June 18 Psalm 18
This Psalm tells us to "be still and know that I am God". Being still is not easy in a fast-paced busy world. We are constantly on the move. Schedules get packed and we often feel like we can't slow down. Even when we are home and trying to relax we may not be still because our thoughts are racing or our worries are distracting to us. We need to find ways to slow down, cut out distractions and really focus on God. I would encourage you to find a moment today to be still and talk to God.
